Getting to the meat now...
1/ Write often
I wish I could tell you there's a secret sauce but there's nothing more important than this.
Start with once a week, then twice, and try to move up to at least thrice a week.
Don't worry, you don't need to post every day :)
2/ Experiment with content types
Don't just stick to text. Play around with
- images
- videos
- infographics
- carousels
- newsletter
See what works for you because everyone's content is different and their audience reacts differently. You'll only know what works once you experiment.
3/ Look around
Why do you enjoy the stuff you consume?
Observe content that sticks out for you.
For me, I love reading about travels or where I learn something. I enjoy reading about topics like health and success.
I adore a conversational and friendly tone.
4/ Integrate
Use those elements in your writing. The elements I try to integrate are:
- empathy
- easy to read
- a lesson for the reader
It's that simple - observe what you enjoy and integrate it into your work.
5/ Empathy
Always, always be empathetic to the reader. Arrogance and flexing are a big put-off.
Being polar about a topic may help you gain followers. But being empathetic will always help you in the long run.
It's what helps your reader feel things and resonate with you.

Lastly...
Obviously I made up the term WELIE, lol.
In case you missed it, here's what it stands for:
- Write often
- Experiment
- Look around
- Integrate
- Empathy
See you next week!
Love,
N
PS: Hope you can ignore typos, I'm still struggling with jet-lag.
